An attorney for Michael Cohen on Tuesday attempted to clarify the former Trump lawyers congressional testimony regarding whether he sought a presidential pardon, maintaining that his client never personally requested one.

It was an out of body experience?
Lanny Davis Suborned Perjury and Conspired with Cohen to Give False Testimony before CONgress under Oath, He Belongs in PRISON and his Law License REVOKED PERMANENTLY
It will soon emerge that Trump will say that Cohen asked him directly.
This guy is going to get what’s coming to him. He’s a lying rat who would do or say anything to save his hide.
The Dems used him, but they’re done with him, they have no use for him.
He burned all bridges with President Trump.
Enjoy your time with Bubba there sparky. It’s good to see the justice system work once in a great while.
LOCK HIM UP!!!!!!!
Pretty clear that his offense was not serving up the lies that the Dems so desperately wanted (and apparently coached him on) -- the lies that would've given them evidence to nail President Trump.
Lanny Davis was close behind Cohen and had a gun pointed towards his heart. One non scripted misstatement and cohen was dead.
He was probably asking in his role as his own lawyer, and now claims attorney-client privilege
Correct. Lanny Davis is either the worst defense lawyer ever, OR complicit in suborning perjury. Should be be prosecuted and have his license revoked.
I don’t know how good a lawyer Davis is, but he certainly has access to good lawyers in his firm.
I too think he suborned perjury, then corrected the record enough afterwards to personally protect himself.
One of the more interesting exchanges between Cohen and a GOP Congressman was, “Who is paying your lawyer?” Cohen didn’t know. He didn’t know whether Davis was working pro bono or paid by someone else. Or, if he did, he wouldn’t say.
Although the lawyer is supposed to put the client’s interest above all else, I think that Davis’ real client was whoever was paying his fees.
Seems to me he said he would not accept one if it was given. Fine. Sit there and rot. That is if you can still sit after a few days. Hehehe.
