It dropped yesterday. Over a decade ago, Fox News host Tucker Carlson said something shocking on a shock jocks radio show. Golly! Im downright flabbergastednot! For those who dont have Sirius XM, Carlson was on Bubba The Love Sponges show on Howard 100. Yes, thats Howard Sterns channel. Now, to be honest, I never really listened to Bubbas show. Sorry, I was a loyal Howard Stern listener throughout high school and college. Im still a fan, though I havent listened to the show in years. My commute to work is not that bad and the cost was just not worth it. But if you didnt know that you could be a little looser than usual on this program, I dont know what to tell you. Apparently, Media Matters, a left-wing outlet, decided to comb through years of radio clips for some reason in order to execute a hit job against Tucker Carlson. The Left hates him. So, he has to go. He shreds liberal narratives daily on his show on Fox News. And because he has differing opinionshe must be destroyed. This is progressivism in 2019 (via WaPo):
A day after releasing audio of Tucker Carlson making numerous misogynist remarks, Media Matters for America published a new video with clips of the Fox News host using racist and homophobic language to describe Iraqi people, African Americans, gay people and immigrants while speaking on a radio program between 2006 and 2011, according to a report published Tuesday by the nonprofit.
The self-described watchdog of conservative misinformation in the U.S. media published the audio from Carlsons appearances on a Tampa-based radio program, the Bubba the Love Sponge Show, just 25 hours after releasing similar recordings in which hes heard flippantly using sexist language to express his views on child rape, rape shield laws, underage marriage and other sensitive topics.
The new audio highlights about a dozen instances of Carlson using racist language on the shock jock show, which he apparently called into for about an hour per week. In 2008, Carlson lamented that everyones embarrassed to be a white man, before stating that white men deserve credit for creating civilization and stuff.
Tucker Carlson said "white men" deserve credit for "creating civilization"
He described Iraqis as "semiliterate primitive monkeys"
He said the Congressional Black Caucus "exists to blame the white man for everything"
It's all white nationalist rhetorichttps://t.co/ralRdRxYMI Judd Legum (@JuddLegum) March 12, 2019
You can listen to the Media Matters clip in the link above. Im not going to embed that here. Its a shock jock show, folks. You cater to that audience. And given that there is no context here, just a bunch of random audio bites that range from 10-15 seconds spliced together from shows months apartIm banking that this was the case. Fox News has rightfully stood by Carlson in the wake of this campaign of destruction. You never cave to the left-wing mob. They dont care if youre sorry. They dont care about you, your family, or your well-being. They want to destroy you. Period. You represent a threat to their authoritarian ethos in which all aspects of society are broken to the will of the state.
Tucker addressed this non-controversy on his show, where he noted that progressives are at the heart of our cultural centers. Theyre not shocked by his words on Bubbas show. In fact, theyve used them in their productions that theyve disseminated across various mediums for years. The exception is that Carlson is a conservative and when he says it, its dirty. Its racist. Its misogynistic. He has to go. Nope. If theres anything worse than a pack of progressives looking for blood, its ones that are also immersed in hypocrisy. This isnt news. This isnt even a story because we all know the end game here: the destruction of Tucker Carlson. Why should any conservative chime in and support this character assassination campaign? Why should any conservative even think about siding with the Left in this fight? The Carlson hit job is a friendly reminder that were at war with liberal America. And in war, there are casualties. It gets nasty. But to think that abject surrender is the first and only option is insanity.
Someone went through 5 years of radio appearances to get the worst things Tucker Carlson said out of context for one reason. To destroy his career and end his show. It is not about outrage. It is about hunting to find something to take out an enemy. They do it all the time. Carmine Sabia (@CarmineSabia) March 11, 2019
Republicans have yet to learn en masse that losing with dignity sucks. Youre still a loser. And youll lose everything if you let the Left run all over you. Thats what would happen if Tucker had caved and apologized. They would still put forward a full-court press, more clips would be released, and the campaign to kill his career wouldve continued. These people are scum and youre not obligated to apologize to the cancers of America. I liked Tucker Carlsons show. Now, Im a die-hard fan.

This isnt some righteous crusade to clean up media. Pleasethis is about clipping the Fox News elite; the folks who have been giving liberal America heart palpitations for years. Its about striking a blow against what the Left sees as a bastion of free speech. Others think Fox News has become state television administered by the Trump White House. Why? Well, because this network hasnt become addicted to the Muller investigation and Russian collusion nonsense. The faux outrage is also disgusting (via Mediaite):
Fox News Channels Tucker Carlson has been under fire all day for comments he made on the radio over the years that were unearthed recently by Media Matters. CNN Newsroom was no exception, as anchor Brooke Baldwin, senior political analyst John Avlon, and commentator Ana Navarro tore into him, along with his colleague Jeanine Pirro, on Mondays show.
Baldwin began by playing the recordings with transcript on screen. When they cut back to her, she placed her head in her hands in dismay and offered a recap.
Okay. Just to recap: The host of Foxs most coveted time slot insulted women, even called a Supreme Court Justice unattractive, he also suggested underage marriage is not as serious as forcible child rape, calling rape shield laws totally unfair, said Baldwin. But like Pirro, he didnt apologize. He called his words quote, naughty, and instead pushed viewers to tune in tonight.
Baldwin turned to Avlon and said: No apologies for the vile rhetoric. Instead the message is tune in. Is that their business model?
Avlon said no, then added, I think what theyre seeing though is a contagion from the shock and awe business model theyve done, where its play to the base, inflame with anxiety, anger, fear at the otherand it gets them into trouble, because guess what, youre playing with fire when you play with those forces.
Oh, enough guys. It must be a privilege to be so perfect. Youve never said anything or done anything idiotic in their lives. Wrong. The media industry has a serious problem with prominent journalists groping, assaulting, and acting widely inappropriate with female colleagues. The Me Too movement has ensnared mostly liberal creeps. Carlson said some colorful language on a shock jock radio show. Get a grip. Again, this was so long ago no one really cares outside of the Acela Corridor, and thats not real America. Now, Stephen Colbert is slamming Tucker, but thats sort of a good sign. It means keep-going Tucker. Keep doing your show, keep shredding liberal nonsense, and keep the network a bastion of free speech. Agitate them by simply doing your regularly scheduled program. Never apologize, sir. Never surrender. Never cave to the vicious left-wing mobever.
Never bend a knee to the rage mob. Ever. Dana Loesch (@DLoesch) January 21, 2019
“the only winning move is not to play” — “WarGames” (1983)
I still believe Fox will cave and Tucker will be gone or suspended by the end of the month.
Screw the left lynch mob. They have been defending their real racists, bigots, and murderers for years, KKK Grand Dragon Robert Byrd-the conscience of the Senate, according to them, Shwimmer Kennedy, and the latest, that Omar human of indeterminate sex who is an unapologetic anti-Semite, and a congressional representative. Carlson is a media opinion guy.
Soapbox virtue signaling is getting boring. Sure we believe you are outraged.

That’s how they want you to feel.
Only problem here is that there’s no M.A.D. They’re not worried about getting nuked.
I wouldnt be surprised. Fox is a business, not some staunch defender of conservatism. I dont know why anyone would be surprised, weve already seen so much evidence of this.
I still believe Fox will cave and Tucker will be gone or suspended by the end of the month.

That’s my inclination, but with a caveat. FoxNews seems to have shifted philosophically in the last year or two. It seems subtle, but I think they recognize this as a culture/political war, and not just business. I could wrong though. Organizational self-protection is a powerful force.
Were finally seeing conservatives standing up to the rats in the fake media. Its about time. Trump led the way.
I started streaming last month and now get OAN. Fox is on less and less in my home. If they get rid of Tucker over this, it will not be on at all.

“Thats how they want you to feel.”
It’s called the “so what?” principle. You ignore, focus and press on!
“Tucker Carlson said “white men” deserve credit for “creating civilization”

He said the Congressional Black Caucus “exists to blame the white man for everything”
Lie status ... not found.
My point may not have been clear. There is no sense in apologizing. There is no sense in justifying. There is no sense is making excuses. Tucker is playing the game correctly -- he is not engaging. The only winning move is not to play.
Republicans need to stop caring about the outrage. It's all fake, and there is no way for us to win by addressing the outrage. Ignore it. Don't play their game.
Good on Tucker. Right back in their faces.
Meanwhile, Comcast is an American enemy far more dangerous than Russia or Iran
Comcast must e crushed
BTW...... AT&T. How’s that CNN purchase looking with a $250 million law suit being filed?
never heard much of the campaign against Tucker since the incident at his home, so it must not be very powerful. They must be made to know that they will never Win!
I agree. I only watch Fox, to watch Tucker. If he goes, so do I.
