Former FEC Commissioner Hans von Spakovsky called for an investigation into alleged campaign finance violations by Democratic New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her top aide. “There seems to be enough evidence here to justify opening a criminal investigation,” von Spakovsky wrote in a Fox News op-ed Sunday. Ocasio-Cortez and her top aide Saikat Chakrabarti have since December 2017, controlled the outside PAC credited with being the central force behind her June 2018 primary victory.

The fact that she stole the tips from the waitresses that worked in the bar where she was employed, and didn't report her tips as income to the IRS is complete hypocrisy, but it's still a crime. Paul Manafort is going to spend another 4 years in prison for tax evasion, and Mueller, the media, and Democrats wanted him to rot in jail for 24 years for it.

In AOC's case, not reporting a significant portion of her income to the IRS is still not reporting a significant portion of her income to the IRS. But if it were not for double standards, the left and the Deep State would have no standards at all.

Here we are talking about an amount that is almost a million dollars being illegally "transferred" to an LLC.

So while Paul Manafort is broke, ruined, and incarcerated, AOC will skate away to lecture us all another day.
