To: Governor Dinwiddie

I believe Ilhan Omar won the Democratic primary in her district from the long-term previous Representative Phyllis Kahn who’s Jewish.

Apparently, as with virtually all inner cities, there was no Republican presence, so Ilhan ran unopposed in the general election.

Maybe the Jewish Democrats in her district didn’t vote heavily in the primary, which left Blacks and an overwhelming turnout by the Muslim community to put her over the top.

Over 40% of the district is working- and middle-class suburbs, mostly white.
Omar’s winning vote margin was something like 190,000 votes.
Phyllis Kahn was never in Congress. The former Congressman was Keith Ellison.

These are mostly white non-Jews that hate America.

Yes, that makes sense. That's how AOC did it, in the primary, not the general.
