Billions of dollars will be paid to radical left-wing NGO like groups who are “responsible to equitably distribute the funds to the aggrieved”. Think Southern Poverty Law Center.

The whole purpose of the movement is not transferring government money to blacks. It’s transferring government money to the left. Same scheme as globull warming. Just a different approach.
