Do a research survey of legitimate climate studies and if there is not a majority for Climate Warming...then game on.
Science is not done by consensus. Ever.
If it’s real science, then it must be put to the test. Or else it isn’t science.

The good news is that the report is to be rewritten not less frequently than every 4 years.
As I have said before; if your FAKE SCIENCE can’t PROVE human caused global warming, never allow any funding to REAL SCIENCE to DISPROVE human caused global warming!
