A significant percentage of those who go under sex reassignment surgery have second thoughts some years later and get switch back surgery. it seems that those with self-image emotional problems can’t be appeased with multiple plastic surgeries, they find the issue is in their head, not what they do to their outsides.

I do not understand what court, and on what basis, ever recognized the state of being “transgender” as a real phenomenon.
It’s one thing for a man to think he’s a woman. It’s quite another thing for the courts to agree.
It's not an "it", it's a man, or a woman.
And people can't change their sex.
