They still have to get it through the Senate and POTUS.
And of course, it won't...for now.
But that entirely misses the larger point.
This is the epitome of the slippery slope.
Even 10 short years ago, there was nowhere near this level of subversion being advocated at the national level, and practiced at the local level. 20 years ago would have been yet more unthinkable, and so on.
Yet, here we are. And as foreign nationals continue to pour into our country illegally by the tens of thousands every single month, this sort of mentality will only continue to grow...until sometime in the near future, the subversives and America haters will get their way. The 22 million+ foreigners already here illegally, in addition to the millions more coming in now, will be voting for our gov't from top to bottom. Their voices will take away from the voices of the citizens.
In FY 2018, an average of more than 33,000 were apprehended on the southern border EVERY month.
In FY 2019, as of the end of Feb, the average is more than 53,000 apprehensions, EVERY month.
**** Keep in mind, these numbers represent those who were caught (apprehended). How many were not caught? ****

We were told for years that there were 11 million foreign nationals in our country unlawfully. It was a lie.
Yale, MIT study: 22 million, not 11 million, undocumented immigrants in US [1]
And 22,000,000 undoubtedly, is under estimated as well.
That's more people than the ENTIRE state of Florida, and darn near as many as the whole state of Texas! An entire large state's worth of foreign nationals who have disrespected our sovereignty and rule of law and are living here illegally, many (most, who really knows?) receiving taxpayer paid for housing, food, medical, dental, legal, schooling and other "welfare."

and an estimated 42 million more say they want to enter the country.
