New York authorities are reportedly prepping charges against Manafort if Trump does pardon his crimes. What garbage!!! The Presidential Pardon is ABSOLUTE! For these "New York authorities" to threaten Manafort with Kangaroo Court charges if the President chooses to pardon someone is tantamount to Civil War.
