What garbage!!! The Presidential Pardon is ABSOLUTE!

Using all caps bold letter does not change the facts. The President has the power to pardon those convicted of Federal crimes. He does not have the power to pardon those convicted of State level crimes.

Wasn’t he in business with the Podesta brothers at the time? And that would be why.

sooner than that. Early release in 36 months and Ellis is counting time served against the 36 months. Don’t know if the time served includes the house arrest part or just the solitary confinement part or both. But less than 36 months for sure.

And $24 Million in restitution

Not in business with them, but crossing the same boundaries.

When you’re high profile on the world stage, the world is smaller. It’s not surprising he would run into a Democrat or two like Podesta.

Judge thought - rightly so - that Mueller was over reaching with sentencing requests.

Exactly right. But some in FR think he’s a master genius and helped trump.

Until the Podestas are brought to justice, the appropriate sentence is time served.

A presidential pardon only affects federal crimes.

You're correct. Thanks for that.
