Story says Greenberg’s former roommate had obtained a restraining order, & Greenberg was required to surrender his shotgun & ammo in that case. Indicates the roommate was in imminent danger.
Under the current charges, he’s now ordered to surrender any additional guns & ammo he might have. Huh. You mean a bad guy might ignore CA laws & acquire unregistered guns after he’s already forfeited his registered ones?
And, the major takeaway here, is Greenberg is an extreme leftist who wants to deny OUR 2nd Amendment rights.
FWIW, I knew some Greenbergs in the 1980s. Wonder if they’re related.
