Obama uses this sort of rhetoric because it is popular with anti-Americans i.e., Socialists. Socialism is a siren song to the indoctrinated. Head start is such a program....get government out of it and leave that program to the states. Michelle is too busy with fashion and Obama is too egotistic and Marxist to see what harm he did to this nation and he has surrounded himself with far left thinkers with whom he is most comfortable with.
