This seems to describe Mark Levin as well. He was a Never Trumper who now is very pro-Trump.

So Donald J. Trump, President of the United States of America, is not a “conservative”.

I. Do . Not. Care.

However President Trump’s political philosophy may be described, it is highly effective, and more real positive change in the governance of this nation has been instituted in the past twenty-five and a half months, than had gone on before under the previous four Presidents, some twenty years. Not since Ronaldus Magnus have we had such a change agent in the Oval Office, and Trump may yet overtake the pace set so long ago in those days when it was “Morning again in America”.

Are you better off now than you were just two short years ago? Shall you continue to be better off as the election of 2020 continues to approach?

The pocketbook is a very powerful governor of our actions.

"They want shills and hacks, and when you want shills and hacks, you get yourself a Never Trumper."

He just flat-out cracks me up.

If you have to ‘try’ to like Trump then you don’t get it and never will.

I call them professional complainers.

Because that’s all they ever did for the past 20 years. Complain and cash a check.

There can’t be a reconciliation, not on their terms. There is no path to an outcome where the representatives of the conservative base that supports Trump comes to its senses and shows up at Jeb! Bush’s compound, wailing “We were wrong! Save us!”

No, there is not.

I bet, if you took a poll, most people here would prefer to think of themselves as members of a non-existent MAGA party, and loathe the GOP just about as much as we loathe the RATS.

What really hacks me off, is that the #neverTrumpers are always calling Trumps supporters a “cult”

60 million+ Trump supporters = cult

A few dozen screeching #neverTrumpers = Not a cult

Ya, right

They’re far more insane with their hatred than any Democrat

And it’s not so much hate for Trump, as it is with hatred for anyone who dared to vote for and support Trump.

It’s US that they want dead

To: Kaslin; All

During the primary I was a never Trumpist but also a never Hillary and certainly a never ever a Democrat. Too many of our present “Never Trumpers”are like bugs, insects who seem to be living in a cocoon the misinformed call a bubble. Why I prefer calling them insects living in a cocoon is because they’re insulated from observing and reacting to what the perverse developments created by the in name only so called democrats promote. Who are busy employing tactics solely relying on disinformation, misdirection and politically correct propaganda. Then get all wrapped up obliquely addressing these phony issues. Instead of challenging them and pointing out their very costly socially destructive results to to taxpayers in their respective districts.

If Trump is motivated in doing all he has done to get back at Barack by undoing everything the socialist had done, well, that is good enough for me.

If I were Trump, I would be livid with these backstabbing RINOs of his own party that are betraying him on this National Emergency issue. How many of these same Republicans did he ACTIVELY CAMPAIGN for during the last two election cycles? He was relentlessly all over the country holding huge rallies and drumming up support. If I were Trump, I would demand a closed-door meeting with the Republicans in the Senate and demand some loyalty and, if he doesn't receive it, offer to resign over the disloyalty of his own party - which would essentially destroy the Republican Party.

While the Democrats are demanding loyalty oaths from their freshmen, where is Trump demanding some loyalty from his own people? They have had over two years to get on board with his consistent track record of winning despite all the enemies he has in Washington. Why are they not on board? Why can't they defend the leader of their own party and vote accordingly rather than expect him to veto their hissy fits?

If Mitch McConnell wants to be known as the person who nuked his own political party, he can wear that label for the rest of his life. If not, I would insist that he act like a leader and get his own party in line supporting the President of his party.

Most people do not want to admit they are wrong. No matter how much their belief on something is discredited, they will stick to that belief out of pure stubbornness and pride.

That's why you have so many people still believing in global warming, even though it has been totally discredited by the facts. They just will never admit that they were wrong.

We still have a "flat Earth" society!

I don’t hate Never-Trumpers... I know who they are and what they do. They are the Washington Generals of the beltway’s Harlem Globetrotters. They appear on the Sunday shows to give them some air of legitimacy, put up a good fight when surrounded by total dingbats like Juan Williams or Eleonor Clift, but somehow DC always gets bigger and more leftist. I don’t hate them any more than I hate Lena Headley for playing Ciersi Lannister. They are pretty good at their roles. Trump came to DC and went completely off-script and that is really bothering them right now.
