The Highways in Arkansas are in such horrible condition it will cost far more than being allocated now as they took monies meant for road building and repair and used it to fund Obamacare lite and Medicaid expansion.
Wow had no idea AR has outrageous 6.9% top marginal income tax rate.
Is that a leftover from the Clintonial era?
