“Donny! WAS an new American original sitcom series that debuted on USA on November 10, 2015. The comedy show is created by Donny Deutsch and Angie Day, produced by Left/Right and is set to contain a total of 6 half-hour episodes.”
CANCELLED almost immediately! SIX episodes!
Everyone HATES Donny!
“And though many have guns even though NYC has absurdly strict rules, they are mostly glocks and other hand guns.
Not much during a battle.”
In such a scenario you use the handgun to acquire a rifle from wherever you can. Police stations, the few gun shops, whatever.
Can’t get into the police station?
Steal a D-9 and doze your way in.
Once you have the rifle you use both to acquire ammunition for both.
Once suitably armed you go on the offensive.
Note there is a steep and dangerous learning curve in all this. There are probably more trained veterans in your area than you know. They’ll pop up when the situation calls for them.
Those who don’t know what “zero a rifle” means should not instigate a civil war with those who do and have, by the tens of millions.
If it comes down to Rule 308, you better have a 308.
Stunned silence..
Where the heck did you learn all that??
They will learn that fast when their blue hive vote-harvesting plantations learn that water, food and electricity do not arrive by magic like the digits on their EBT cards.
My father was in his seventies and still farming so I’ve got a way to go to match him. I guess you have to be born to it. I would go nuts sitting in a cubicle all day or sitting on an assembly line, adding widgets all day long.
The pay varies but the fringe benefits are great!
Freaks of nature or just mule headed, six of one, half dozen of another.(grins)
“Wasnt it bammy who said he wanted to create an independent armed force apart from the military??”
Yeh, it failed. Obuma sent his big chief in Black Lives Matter down to South Carolina to start a riot. He got arrested for attempted murder. Obuma’s soy boys can try again, but for some reason the little weenies refuse to come around.
:)
And EVERYONE goes nuts sitting in a cubicle, it was NOT what humans were meant to do!
Well, maybe lazy ones like me, but that’s it! :)
The irony is how EXHAUSTED you feel physically (though of course you’re not) when the day is over.
But then you can’t fall asleep at bedtime sometime because it’s not real physical exhaustion.
Just stress feeling that way.
Boy I mad my own career sounds awful lol
Deutsch appeared on NBC’s reality-television series The Apprentice.
He now appears regularly on the Today Show, in a segment called “The Professionals”.
In April 2013, Deutsch’s prime-time CNN talk show (Get to) The Point was cancelled after just one week
after the Nielsen Company said the show attracted just 268,000 viewers.
The Deutsch show was also mocked by comedian Jon Stewart on his Comedy Central show.
In 2015, the USA Network announced a new television show with Deutsch that premiered in November called simply Donny!,
a comedy with Deutsch playing a fictional version of himself. In August, 2016 USA announced the series would not be renewed for a second season.
In 2016, Deutsch was co-hosting Bloomberg Television’s With All Due Respect with Mark Halperin and John Heilemann. (wiki)
That may have more with age than sedate lifestyle. I’m exhausted when the sun goes down but after a bath and supper I fall asleep then up for a bit(my brothers the same and they don’t farm like I do)
That’s why I get on FR to read myself back asleep(don’t always work)
And farmers have stress, o boy do we have stress.(paying bills and taxes)
We just beat a piece of equipment to get the frustration out!(Grins)

There’s a song by John Mellencamp, Rain on the Scarecrow.
I HATE his politics. But he is from a VERY small farm town, i think.
Do any words ring true at all? Do people lose farms like this?
Scarecrow on a wooden cross
Blackbird in the barn
Four hundred empty acres
That used to be my farm
Grew up like my daddy did
My grandpa cleared this land
When I was five
I walked the fence while Grandpa held my hand
Rain on the scarecrow
Blood on the plow
This land fed a nation
This land made me proud
And son, I`m just sorry
There`s no legacy for you now
Rain on the scarecrow
Blood on the plow
Rain on the scarecrow
Blood on the plow
The crops we grew last summer
Weren`t enough to pay the loans
Couldn`t buy the seed to plant this spring
And the Farmers’ Bank foreclosed
Called my old friend Schepman
Up to auction off the land
He said:
“John, it`s just my job
And I hope you understand.”
Hey, calling it your job, ole hoss
Sure don`t make it right
But if you want me to
I`ll say a prayer for your soul tonight
And grandma`s on the front porch swing
With a Bible in her hand
Sometimes I hear her singing
Take me to the Promised Land
When you take away a man`s dignity
He can`t work his fields and cows
There`ll be
Blood on the scarecrow
Blood on the plow
Blood on the scarecrow
Blood on the plow
There`s 97 crosses
Planted in the courthouse yard
Ninety-seven families who
Lost ninety-seven farms
I think about my grandpa
My neighbors and my name
And some nights
I feel like dying
like that scarecrow in the rain
I will never forget watching a fight, way back in 1960-61 between Sugar Ray Robinson and Carmen Basilio. I immediately sensed that Sugar Ray was very skilled even though I knew nothing about boxing, having just arrived from India where we had no TV in 1960.
Recently they were showing some clips of Sugar Ray on TV, and one of the famous boxer commentator said he was one the best boxer he has witnessed, ever.
Rocky Marciano I knew about in India from news papers.
Robinson fought Jake Lamotta SIX times.
Although Jake only won one, he really won three but the Sugar was loved and cards were slanted.
Watch the greatest hits of those fights.
If you never saw “Raging Bull”, it’s GREAT. De Niro when he was still an actor and not a left wing a@@
Negative depiction of Italians and I am one but a lot were like that then.
We weren’t here that long yet and were the Puerto Ricans of the time.
Sugar Ray was BRILLIANT. He could move but also HIT HARD.
Jake was just a crazy Italian who didn’t care about getting hit. That’s what made him so scary.
Wow.
So farmers have economic stress on top of physical toil.
More respect for you guys.
I REMEMBER, because i used to trade commodities, corn VERY low, maybe 2 bucks and change, and soybeans low too.
well this was more the early 90s, but soybean was maybe 5 bucks.
i know they went up YUGE like 10 years ago i think
johnny cougar got one song right
i actually like a bunch of his songs but he’s SO LEFT WING it makes it hard to enjoy
Hurts So Good, Authority Song, Pink Houses, Jack and Diane.
too bad he’s such a liberal a@@
liked a lot of his songs
Poor dumb bastards. We wont be starting anything, but well damn sure finish it.
how can Deutch call himself a political analyst? he’s been wrong about everything he’s ‘analyzed’
History and imagination.
Oppressed people have always stolen weapons from their oppressors in order to fight back.
In WWII the French did it.
The Filipinos REALLY did it.
The Dutch, Greeks and others did it.
Just think about where the guns are and plan to take them. Being on Staten Island an armored car would be easier to get than a D-9. Or a fire truck, dump truck or whatever is handy. Crash the gate with a band of like minded people and loot the goodies.
As far as trained personnel there are more around you than you think. Look at the people and cars around you. Former military tend to quietly advertise themselves. Caps, jackets and lapel pins often show what branch of service they were in.
Vanity license plates often show branch of service as well as honors and medals received.
Window stickers on cars are also a good tell.
You can actually find older military manuals online if you search.
I did some quiet listening and have found that in a three mile radius of my home we have 1 current state trooper, 2 retired troopers, two retired pilots, several former army, a couple of former marines and a truckload of hunters.
