Is this the outrage of the day? This is worthy of having a liberal outrage meltdown over????
My wife and I just got back from vacation where we took the tour of Ft. Sumter, it was wonderful. The Park Ranger gave a very moving speech, about 8 min long in which he asked the group to put themselves in the shoes of the soldiers building and defending the fort, the slaves forced to build the structure, the land owners in Charleston who know that war would upset the status quo, it was quite moving. In just eight minutes this humble Park Ranger told us about the thickness of the forts walls, the size of the guns, but offered perspective on why people can’t talk or sympathize with each other any more.
Apparently the progs are all ginned up over something they don’t cotton to.
It could’ve been worse.
She could have had them put on costumes and imagine riding in the Kentucky Derby.
Ugh!
