I’m not overjoyed about that. But on the other hand, cops should not have the power to just walk up to folks and interrogate them. If no law has been broken, then no questions should be asked. We do not - yet - live in a police state.
Folks have a right to be left alone, unless there is reasonable suspicion that they have broken a law.
