That’s my first question when I saw that he was hauled in by Mueller. Where is the American Bar Association on this violation of atty-client privilege? Unless he is alleging crimes they committed together it seems that his testimony should be prohibited. And the headline says “while in office” but the lede says 2016 - he wasn’t in office in 2016.
