“This stupid neo-Paganist gutter religion can’t be discredited enough.....”

….not to mention the socialist revolution that would sneak into the tent after the global warming camel sticks his head through the flap.

(It ain’t about co2-it’s about how to further the revolution.)

IMHO

What happens to Oxygen in the water of a pond with excess algae in it?

The problem is why does the pond have “excess” algae.

That is usually because their is too much nutrients in the pond - “fertilizer” mostly from animals in and using the pond.

They don't need more. When there's less CO2 plants do not proliferate as much. When there's more, they thrive. So they don't need more.

Good point. A Google search for “CO2 generators” reveals there is such a thing, and they are used by greenhouses.

I was in a cab from the airport in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, to my hotel and was talking with the driver. He had an indoor fresh vegetable grow operation attached to his house. He claimed he made good $$ providing fresh tomatoes and other stuff to local Whitehorse restaurants during the long, very severe, winter months.

He told me that his grow results increased dramatically after he installed an exhaust system from his house to the grow building. He lived with his wife, two kids and a couple of dogs. He maintained that the increase in CO2 made all the difference.

I remain a bit skeptical when hearing anecdotal stories, but this one sounded believable.

I noticed at your link people cannot comment OR even email this clown that does not understand 2nd grade science.

More CO2 is great for trees, plants and food for the earth. Like wise they will put out more O2.

The writers B.S. is so over the top, and now we know why no one can respond to this B.S. article.

Photosynthesis can happen in different ways, but there are some parts that are common. 6 CO2(g) + 6 H2O + photons → C6H12O6(aq) + 6 O2(g) carbon dioxide + water + light energy → glucose + oxygen
