Senate fails to pass bill protecting infants surviving abortion

Today, the United States Senate voted on an anti-infanticide bill introduced by Senator Ben Sasse (R-Neb.), the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act. The legislation needed 60 votes to pass, and it failed by a vote of 53 in favor and 44 against. The bill stated that “if an abortion results in the live birth of an infant, the infant is a legal person for all purposes under the laws of the United States, and entitled to all the protections of such laws.”

The 2002 Born Alive Infants Protection Act, signed into law by President George W. Bush, established that any child born alive — even as the result of an abortion — is to be legally considered a “person”, “human being,” “child”, and “individual” in federal law. However, that law contained no penalties for those who choose not to follow it. Senator Sasse’s bill included penalties for abortionists who break the law, including a fine and/or imprisonment for up to five years.

We, as a nation, are going to pay a price for this.

We already are paying the price. We are in the middle of Civil War II -- it just hasn't turned hot yet. The nation is possibly irrevocably and evenly split between the Normals (liberty and freedom loving true Americans) and the murdering tyrannical Marxists.

“The 2002 Born Alive Infants Protection Act, signed into law by President George W. Bush, established that any child born alive — even as the result of an abortion — is to be legally considered a “person”, “human being,” “child”, and “individual” in federal law.”...

Yes it did. How can it be we have come so and been drawn to such depths of depravity we don’t see what has happened? Where is the outrage and outcry? Well, I guarantee I have lots of it....

By my criteria of what constitutes law, humane behavior, etc. those people who voted to kill the alive infant of a failed abortion are murderers, pure and simple. They should all face the death penalty as should the abortionists and killers, the mothers, etc. And if the fathers signed on the dotted line, they should face the death penalty along with their killing cohort. But most certainly the people who voted for this type of death, should also die.

I wonder if we don’t need to rebel until they are either punished or rescind the vote. I say we should go to Washington and protest, long and hard and loudly with big hats, or whatever.

This result is shameful and not worthy of human beings.
Human...? no, we will be considered no better than a reptile, a wolverine or weasel. (Vampires and cannibals? Why not eat the little darlingS? What is the f........... difference? Apparently we have become so degenerated. If so, we don’t need laws anymore. Does widespread murder and mayhem especially of children, does that qualify for the lack of laws and why is it not equal to infanticide? I bet you dollars to doughnuts, eldercide and disabiliticide is next. Nazis did that...hmmm-m-m so that maybe what is happening?

Always interesting to read - The Democrats at Yahoo say this ain’t real. Hrrmphff.....

Isaiah 24:3-6 New King James Version (NKJV)

3 The land shall be entirely emptied and utterly plundered,
For the Lord has spoken this word.
4 The earth mourns and fades away,
The world languishes and fades away;
The haughty people of the earth languish.
5 The earth is also defiled under its inhabitants,
Because they have transgressed the laws,
Changed the ordinance,
Broken the everlasting covenant.
6 Therefore the curse has devoured the earth,
And those who dwell in it are desolate.
Therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned,
And few men are left.

Slightly off topic but between the New York and Virginia bills I am not aware of any restrictions on how the new born may be killed. Shoot? Drown? Stab?

Do you even read his tweets. You are not informed. And I am not knocking Trump. I am mocking the Senate. Less good is coming from it than before the election.
