A big eruption creates about as much CO2 as mankind produces in a few days, so volcanic CO2 does not matter. But the opposite problem with volcanoes is volcanic cooling or volcanic winter for the largest eruptions. With that kind of global cooling, millions or even billions would starve. At that point it would make worrying about global warming rather moot.
