I was in fear of my life

Yes.
I hope that someone on this fine forum will set out the rules we all have to follow.
I heard Michael Savage’s personal attorney read off some but couldn’t write them down. Plus all localities have weird limitations. A cop told my friend once “Remember to pull the dead guy into your home and not leave him on the porch.”
Surrounded car driving downtown that time with protest mob outside taunting man: “yes, you are in mortal danger because if they get the door open they would pull you out and kill you based on their threatening posture.”
Spitting on you or companion in restaurant” Spitting is an assault.”
However, “proportional response” for all things. Slapping you and throwing a drink in your face does not equal your shooting them in the groin twice and the face once. Lunging at you with a long knife does.
Cruz and his wife (he said God bless you to the tormentors) were blocked from exiting to leave the site of potential violence. They had a right to fight back but did not.
Please, someone post some facts like these. We need to know before the stuff hits the fan.
