There was another thread on this. And that article mentioned that some of her staffers may have to take a pay cut.
In other words, she may be cutting pay for some staffers in order to give raises to other staffers.
She’s taking the budget given to her for her staff and redistributing it.
I saw that last night and I wondered how you take a pay cut when you just got the job.
