A senior official in the terror-tied Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) is serving as a pro bono attorney for Hoda Muthana, a Yemeni terrorist and former U.S. resident who wants to come back to the United States following the dissolution of the ISIS “caliphate” in Syria and Iraq.....
The CAIR attorney has his own history of deception and extremism. Conservative Review reported last week on Shibly’s upcoming appearance with Minnesota Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar at a CAIR fundraiser:
Shibly is a dedicated Islamist and bigoted gay basher. A fan of radical clerics, he has routinely refused to categorize U.S.-designated terror groups Hamas and Hezbollah as terrorist organizations, according to the Clarion Project. Moreover, Shibly regularly takes to social media to demonize the U.S. military as equivalent to the jihadi terrorists that they are fighting.
Shibly’s claims that Muthana is an innocent victim are directly contradicted by the many social media posts showing that she was fully committed to pursuing murderous action against innocent Americans.

I'm sure her childhood dinners at the table were full of antisemitic and anti-US conversation. If she were so "brainwashed" as she claims, why didn't she try to return to the U.S. after Hubby #1 was killed? She is a consummate liar, like all muzzlimes. The US government declared Muthana was not a citizen under the Obama administration in 2016.
In January 2016, the state department sent Hoda Muthana’s father a letter informing him her passport had been revoked saying she was not a citizen.
There! Fixed it!
A State Department spokesman declined to discuss her case in detail, citing privacy considerations.
“There are many reasons that an individual previously issued a passport may subsequently be found ineligible for that passport,” the spokesman said. “If it is determined that the bearer was not entitled to the issued passport, the passport may be revoked and/or a renewal application denied.”
Charge her with treason, which can carry a death penalty, and she won’t be back...And CAIR can STFU
How about CAIR changing places with her in Syria. Get her here and charge her with treason. Then make CAIR a terrorist organization and refuse to let them back here.
But she’s with fellow Muslims, the happiest, most peaceful and tolerant place on earth. Why sentence her to hell in the USA?
Where was CAIR when she was making the stupid decision to head over to help ISIS?
