WTH makes you think I am any less prepared than you, on all counts?
First off, my home is a buried concrete fortress, on 12 acres of open range in SW Nebraska, with our own water supply, located on a plateau at 3000’ elevation, surrounded by canyons, having a 25 mile view in all directions, with only one access road. We have:
Multiple firearms - pistols, revolvers, carbine rifles, bolt-action rifles, and pump shotguns.
Well over 10,000 rounds of properly stored ammo, for each weapon. I’ve been stocking ammo for years, at 1000 rounds per purchase.
I have access to cattle, deer, pheasant, wild turkey, and other game.
Stored potable water.
Preserved, or freeze-dried canned food stocks, sufficient for 2 years.
Multiple fuel supplies.
Back-up sources of heat and electrical generation.
An independent fresh water supply.
Medical and surgical supplies (excepting antibiotics, which have very limited shelf life).
NBC / Hazmat gear.
Fire fighting gear.
Full set of mechanics tools.
A bug out plan, with contingencies.
Hidden supplies, buried in several locations along multiple routes.
Our nearest neighbor is 1/2 mile away; however the majority of folk living in this area are politically like-minded and well-armed. Most are well practiced in tracking, hunting and preparing game, either by use of firearms or the bow.
Presently, I am planning a small machine shop, although I was an aircraft mechanic by trade.
Come summer, I’ll be erecting a 50’ observation tower.
I’m even considering grading a 1500’ gravel runway (I have acquaintances who are qualified pilots.)
Other than a crossbow and bolts, have I left anything out?
May the Lord bless you and keep you.
Amen.

I said that? Where?
have I left anything out?

The only possible thing you could have left out is, you were All-State your senior year at “I Can Top That” club.
