I’ve long believed that people like Muthana should be admitted, and shackled until they are released in the town square at high noon, after giving notice to all family and friends of those that were killed or maimed at the hands of the ISIS criminals. Gun laws will be abated, as will any charge based on them if directed for the traitors. Sometimes citizen justice is best delivered directly.
