She was a bum in the oven when her dad was a diplo, she was born here after he was no longer a diplo. But if you believe in life starts at conception then yes she is not a US citizen/anchor baby. Interesting if this went to court wouldn’t you say?

The Center for Immigration Studies has long complained that children of foreign diplomats are treated as US citizens when clearly they are not.

She is the daughter of a Yemeni diplomat who was in the US when she was born and therefore she s a Yemeni citizen. She is indicating that she would rather live in a US jail than free in Yemen. What does that tell you about Yemen?

I read yesterday that Trump asked his son-in-law to look into the matter. Some people have a problem with that, but I don’t. Somebody needs to get their microscope out and take a huge gander.

"...she anticipates "no problem" in returning to the U.S. "

I imagine she said that with the same self-assuredness that Hillary had when she laughed-off her chances of being held accountable for her criminal email abuses as S.O.S. And for the same reasons, say to say.

This is a no-brainer. Unfortunately, the no-brainers will fight to have her welcomed back with open arms. And they will win.

Two things it sucks to be in my twilight years: a conservative and a Detroit Lions fan. Makes you feel like a perpetual loser...

I let her return, as long as charges of treason are already filed against her.

If the U>S> gummint says she can't return, she'll have a big problem returning.

Try telling that to 25% of California.

If she was born in New Jersey, how is she not a citizen?

>> If she was born in New Jersey, how is she not a citizen? <<

Her parents were in the US as diplomats. By law, babies born by diplomats in the US are citizens of their home country, NOT the United States.

Not only is it determined by law, it is determined by Supreme Court decision and also by international treaty; children of diplomats are not citizens of host countries.

When asked what she expects will happen if she is allowed to return to the U.S., Muthana replied: "Of course I’ll be given jail time."

Nope, not on my dime. stay where you are.

All Muslim immigrant say they would rather live in the US than in their home countries, and then demand we change into their home country, by adopting Sharia Law.

This make me suspicious as to why they immigrated. Was it for a life of freedom with the guarantees of our Constitution, or was it to form a fifth column?

Question that I haven’t heard ask by any so called journalist:
What day was her father's last day as a diplomat and what is her birthday.
