hmmm. So Calif wants to redefine ‘sexual intercourse’ as ‘vaginal’ intercourse? How convenient for sodomites and pervs. Well then in that instance, they can't consummate a "marriage".....and therefore, shouldn't be able to marry.........since what is marriage without consummation?
