I’m pleasantly surprised that they’re actually going after him on felony charges. Right after Sept. 11th when moslems were faking hate-crimes all over the place, they typically went to court on misdemeanor charges and the whole thing was usually treated like a traffic ticket.
See. If he’d only had converted to Islam and arranged to have the attack happen while he was down on the ground doing his Mecca-facing hoky poky thing, it might have been plead down to a misdemeanor. That’s what he did wrong.
