I think for him to get zero jail-time....he’ll have to pay for the police investigation, court-costs, and admit he has some kind of drug issue/mental issue requiring 30 days in some facility/rehab center. You go and figure police and court time and costs....I’d figure it’s around $60,000 spent at this point.

I would be curious about the two pretender-Nigerian brothers (they were actually born in the US and grew up in Chicago). I think they want zero jail-time, and will go to any length to avoid it.

Defining the actual crime the fauxgerian brothers committed is tough. Something along conspiracy lines, but once they revealed that their “victim” orchestrated his “assault” I don’t think there’s actually much to charge them with.
