When will we see a non-swamp special prosecutor appointed?

Never.
I agree but I also enjoy the mental torture that Obama and Hillary must endure - they want to be in the public eye enough to be considered power brokers and to make a buck with empty speechifying but they know that being too present will remind too many people that O&H haven’t been asked enough questions about the 2016 mess and haven’t given nearly enough answers.
Like the prosecutor scenario, it will probably never happen in Hillary’s lifetime but the media were fond of informing us that Obama was a ‘young man’ so hopefully he gets his comeuppance.
