That poop map ... is it really a thing?

I believe it is a real thing, but I think it was created by a local resident there, not an official city agency.

Rush Limbaugh talked about it on his show, and here on his web site.

A Google search for "san francisco poop map" shows that the map is mentioned in many other places too, including this article in Fortune, which is about the official San Francisco "Poop Patrol", set up to clean massive amounts of human feces off their sidewalks, but the article also discusses the poop map.
