I haven't read the lawsuit, but since Sandmann is a JUVENILE at 16, have his lawyers considered going after the Enemedia with
CHARGES of 'CHILD ABUSE' and 'CHILD ENDANGERMENT' resulting from their frivolous reporting?
The Enemdia put Sandmann in DANGER with their FAKE NEWS and should pay for it CRIMINALLY not just financially!

That’s at the discretion of the local DA. Child abuse/endangerment is not a charge that can be lodged in civil courts.
