GOOD NEWS!
Does that mean that we Trump Supporters could sue Jussie Smollett for defamation of character with punitive damages as a result of his hate crime against us?
Just a thought..........
Fan TAS tic!!!

Excellent. This is the best news I’ve heard all day. Hit these demons where it hurts.
I hope Nick Sandmann becomes extremely wealthy.
Excellent news.
This kid is doing what I have been saying we have to do. Fight back and start suing and bankrupting these bastards. They have been ruining our country with the threat of lawsuits. Time to fight back.
I know this will sound like wild optimism right now, but I think that someday we’ll look back at the Covington case as the day the media madness peaked out and journalism standards began to be reasserted.
Why? Because I think Kentucky juries are going to bankrupt some of the worst offenders, or at least cost them dearly, to make the point that enough is enough.
Actually, there should be a class-action lawsuit on behalf of all white youths who were incrementally affected by this dishonest reporting.
After all, every time the media falsely maligns white males, it amounts to “incremental slander” as more and more of the sheeple who watch MSM become more and more convinced that ALL white males are evil and racist.
I agree that the news media must be held responsible for taking an undocumented event and making it into a "news story" that casts individuals (not public figures, either) in a bad light. Responsible media would want to authenticate anything that might create a big stir when there's no fire, flood or criminal activity indicated, especially so with an anonymous source. But that's not taught in today's J-schools, apparently.
Planting news stories to achieve some private goal or to promote an event is not against the law, as far as I know. Sending an anonymous video out to millions of recipients in hopes that it will go viral is most likely legal also, as the federal criminal code is stuck at about 1998 on being current with technology.
The person who sent the poorly-edited video out to thousands of susceptible liberals should at least bear some responsibility for the public's reaction to the biased, incomplete, undocumented and anger-inducing clip. It may not be shouting fire in a crowded theater, but it's close.
If the WaPost has to pay, so should the originator.
And I think the person's identity is known by now, even if the culprit's account has been closed.
What a misleading headline. More like teen waiting for bus at Lincoln Memorial sues Washington Post for slander.
Love it. This young man will not be cowed.
This needs to happen far more often. The only motivation for the enemedia to stop defaming their political enemies is the pocketbook.
Hey, MSM, what happened to calling him the "smirking MAGA teen"? I guess the fear of a $250 million lawsuit makes them report a little more objectively.
Judge Nap says it’s a no go, so WP and other trash outlets can breath easy now./s
