“He needs to sue several other people, too.”

Oh don’t worry, he will.

God bless this kid’s parents for taking this approach!

But we’d want him to get something that’s WORTH something out of this. ;)

It’s lovely to think about all the smug Leftists sweating it out, wondering when their number will be called.
They were given a chance to retract & apologize, so hopefully the door has closed on that.

This kid is doing what I have been saying we have to do. Fight back and start suing and bankrupting these bastards. They have been ruining our country with the threat of lawsuits. Time to fight back.

Does the government charge tax on money earned in a lawsuit?

I know this will sound like wild optimism right now, but I think that someday we’ll look back at the Covington case as the day the media madness peaked out and journalism standards began to be reasserted.

Why? Because I think Kentucky juries are going to bankrupt some of the worst offenders, or at least cost them dearly, to make the point that enough is enough.

Actually, there should be a class-action lawsuit on behalf of all white youths who were incrementally affected by this dishonest reporting.

After all, every time the media falsely maligns white males, it amounts to “incremental slander” as more and more of the sheeple who watch MSM become more and more convinced that ALL white males are evil and racist.

Let's hope the so-far unnamed person who posted the short video to youtube that started this fake news also gets his/her/its turn in the dock as a plaintiff's witness.

I agree that the news media must be held responsible for taking an undocumented event and making it into a "news story" that casts individuals (not public figures, either) in a bad light. Responsible media would want to authenticate anything that might create a big stir when there's no fire, flood or criminal activity indicated, especially so with an anonymous source. But that's not taught in today's J-schools, apparently.

Planting news stories to achieve some private goal or to promote an event is not against the law, as far as I know. Sending an anonymous video out to millions of recipients in hopes that it will go viral is most likely legal also, as the federal criminal code is stuck at about 1998 on being current with technology.

The person who sent the poorly-edited video out to thousands of susceptible liberals should at least bear some responsibility for the public's reaction to the biased, incomplete, undocumented and anger-inducing clip. It may not be shouting fire in a crowded theater, but it's close.

If the WaPost has to pay, so should the originator.

And I think the person's identity is known by now, even if the culprit's account has been closed.

What a misleading headline. More like teen waiting for bus at Lincoln Memorial sues Washington Post for slander.

Love it. This young man will not be cowed.

This needs to happen far more often. The only motivation for the enemedia to stop defaming their political enemies is the pocketbook.

The mask hiding the war-mongering Left’s genocidal rage slipped during the print/electronic lynching of Covington Catholic’s high school boys.

And it was frightening. Lefty lynch mobs called for assorted horrors even the most savage war machine could not envision:
<><> feeding teenage boys head-first into wood chippers,
<><> locking the boys into the school and burning the school to the ground.

The obedient media (print, broadcast, social) unwittingly exposed the wrath of the Left’s Orwellian hate days after the factual record was corrected.

==================================================

Let's see. Who else might be inconvenient to the left, who might the left war-mongers consider expendable?

THE OBAMA LEGACY WRIT LARGE---who does the left consider "expendable"?

Obama Declares War On ‘Extremism’ – Are You An ‘Extremist’
FR Posted 1/13/15 by seekandfind

A list of 72 types of Americans that are considered to be “extremists” or “potential terrorists” in official U.S. government documents. This list will really give you a good idea of what Barack Obama means when he uses the word “extremist”. Each of these 72 items is linked (at web site). As you can see, this list potentially includes most of the country…

THE LIST OF "EXTREMISTS" WERE LISTED IN OBAMA-ERA OFFICIAL
GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING THE DEPT OF DEFENSE

Those that talk about “individual liberties,” that advocate for states’ rights, that want “to make the world a better place,” that are interested in “defeating the Communists”

Those that believe “that the interests of one’s own nation are separate from the interests of other nations or the common interest of all nations.” Anyone that holds a “political ideology that considers the state to be unnecessary, harmful,or undesirable.” Anyone that possesses an “intolerance toward other religions.” Those that “take action to fight against the exploitation of the environment and/or animals”

“Anti-Gay,” “Anti-Immigrant,” “Anti-Muslim,”“The Patriot Movement,” “Opposition to equal rights for gays and lesbians”

Members of the Family Research Council, the American Family Association, Members of the American Border Patrol/American Patrol, the Federation for American Immigration Reform, the Tennessee Freedom Coalition, the Christian Action Network, citizens networks.

Those “opposed to the New World Order,” engaged in “conspiracy theorizing”, those that believe that Mexico, Canada and the United States “are secretly planning to merge into a European Union-like entity that will be known as the ‘North American Union’”

Anyone opposed to Agenda 21, anyone concerned about FEMA camps, that “fears impending gun control or weapons confiscations,” the militia movement, sovereign citizen movement, that “don’t think they should have to pay taxes”

Anyone that “complains about bias,” that “believes in government conspiracies, that “is frustrated with mainstream ideologies,” that “visits extremist websites/blogs,” that “establishes website/blog to display extremist views," that “attends rallies for extremist causes,” that “exhibits extreme religious intolerance," that is personally connected with a grievance,” that “suddenly acquires weapons,” that “organizes protests inspired by extremist ideology”

Those that have “a belief that one’s personal and/or national ‘way of life’ is under attack,” that possess “a belief in the need to be prepared for an attack either by participating in paramilitary preparations and training or survivalism,” that would “impose strict religious tenets or laws on society (fundamentalists)” that would “insert religion into the political sphere,” that would “seek to politicize religion,” that have “supported political movements for autonomy.”

Anyone that is “anti-abortion.”

Anyone that is “Right-wing" including “Returning veterans.” Dept of Defense documents indicate Obama wanted homes of returning veteran earched. Those concerned about “illegal immigration,” those that “believe in the right to bear arms.” Anyone that is engaged in “ammunition stockpiling” Anyone that exhibits “fear of Communist regimes,” those that talk about “the New World Order” in a “derogatory” manner

Those that have a negative view of the United Nations, that are opposed “to the collection of federal income taxes,” that supported former presidential candidates Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin and Bob Barr, that display the Gadsden Flag (“Don’t Tread On Me”)

Those that believe in “end times” prophecies, including Evangelical Christians

A high school student from Covington, Kentucky,

Hey, MSM, what happened to calling him the "smirking MAGA teen"? I guess the fear of a $250 million lawsuit makes them report a little more objectively.
