“Why arrest someone for their sex preferences?”

It’s not a preference; it is a mental disorder. Those who suffer from it do great harm to themselves and all around them.

“prosecuting consenting adults.”

A person who suffers from same-sex attraction is not mentally competent to consent to a homosexual act; there is, therefore, no such thing as consensual homosexual behavior.

While you and I may agree that homosexuality is not normal, you seem to want to arrest & prosecute these people. That is truly bigotry.

Since you’re making a parallel with mental illness, are you also then implying that ALL mentally-ill people should be arrested for acting in a mentally ill manner?

I assume your stance comes from YOUR interpretation of the Bible, but at the same time, the Bible encourages kindness to others.

Where did you get off track?

If you truly believed in liberty, you would not bother the homos except if they exploit underage boys, for which there are laws just like with hetero men exploiting underage girls.
