Most people talk about votes when discussing the opinions of the Supreme Court. I am guilty of doing that from time to time. But, the Justices don’t really vote. They write opinions and the Justices act by joining an opinion, writing their own opinion, or recusing themselves from a case. By tradition, new justices do not participate in a case unless they have been present at oral arguments, but sitting Justices have missed oral arguments and continued to participate in a case. The usual reason has been illness, but other reasons might work as well. RGB is not doing anything unusual except for today’s remarkable feat, appearing at the Court when dead.
President Trump should preemptively nominate the most conservative jurist available to replace Ruthie. The shock or anger generated by such announcement might be great enough to induce a stroke or a heart attack.

Knowing how demonic the left is, I would guess that her life isn’t even in her hands anymore. Meaning that God only knows what medications she’s on and what her mental state actually is and who’s calling the shots with what goes on with her. It’s imperative to the left that she is at least on the court into the approaching election. I guess they bump her off a month or two before the presidential election for maximum political benefit.
Cuban government knew that SOB Castro was dead for a while and kept it secret. Keeping Ruth fuzzy Ginsberg “alive” seems to be an obsession of the left. They are petrified of what her replacement will be. I hope it comes very soon.
