Yes, it would be. It would be time to start over as a country. I wonder if there is enough of a survival instinct among the citizenry to take that step?

Well Mitch is for the emergency and he holds the cards as to what bills come before the Senate. I don’t see Trump having to use his Veto power over this issue. My worry is the courts doing something stupid.
