As a kid, we would catch them brook trout in the Appalachian mts.

First God gave us Beer, then the Irish gave us Whiskey, the Polish/Russians gave us good Vodka.

On top of that God gave us Brook Trout and Freshly caught Flounder.

There are other nice things as well but the above are a few of my favorite things.

I miss the English Lady with her pics of supper for her dad.

I know this gal that is a school teacher, an art teacher.

She is Of Lithuanian/Polish descent..

She waxes on about Brandy, smoked oysters and cigars.
Says she will teach me violin..
