I wonder how Roberts will re-write this to justify his vote for the democrats.
You could always revive the Missouri Compromise;-)
Why is it legal to ask anything other than “how many people live in your residence?”
I want the race/color questions taken off the census. I refuse to fill in the answers for those questions.
And walla!
Because Congress would then look at population and not citizenship, Congress would have to reapportion its seats and weight them according to the new more heavily populated districts, to where there are the most illegals!
It has happened before, but this nation and our Constitutions survival, has really come down to one single unelected black robed gutless wonder!
In that case the GOP areas should add 1 or 4 to every household. Let them figure it out when Indiana picks up 3 seats.
Allow illegals to be counted in the Census same as citizens.

I believe they have always been counted in the census, and House Seats are determined by the count. With reapportionment and illegal counts swelling the numbers, the number of California Dem seats have grown.
The Dems don’t want the question on the census because it become a federal data element, and can be checked against who is registered to vote, and who votes, thus revealing voter fraud, without state input, except who voted, which is a public record.
The Federal data element tied to the individual can also be checked against naturalization records, which are federal.
and weight them according to the new more heavily populated districts, to where there are the most illegals!

I believe that a Supreme Court ruling said that you have to count all the population, whether citizen or not in apportioning House Seats. It would make more sense to exclude non-citizens from the count for House Representation, but I believe the courts have ruled.
