No, I think involving two others in the hoax was smart, but that’s where the smart ended. The police already know who they are;they’ve been identified. Justice will come and the 2 accomplices and Smollett himself will be in deep doo-doo.The fake attackers were a necessityt because they could have been seen and/or heard by some witness who might happen upon the scene or see/hear it from a distance—the “attackers” then could be utilized as an insurance policy should there be more “credibility” needed for the story and Smollett’s claims. JS is further proof that actors are very stupid people.
