President Donald Trump received an approval rating jump in the week following his State of the Union address. Rasmussen reports that the president’s approval rating is now at 52 percent, a nine-point jump in just ten days. Trump’s approval rating hit a low of 43 percent at the end of January, but strong jobs numbers released in February and a successful State of the Union address appear to have had an effect on his approval numbers.

Trump may be the most popular president ever with the American people. At the same time Trump is the most unpopular president ever with the media and the Washington insiders.
It’s a see-saw: Trump hasn’t gone up, the Dems have gone down.

But Van Jones said the speech was a disjointed mess, and had dog poop in it.
Other commentators said OMG, Trump didn’t even mention climate change.
You mean to say, that the American people had a very different view than the media types in the New York Washington axis, who tell.us what we are supposed to think???
The news media has become tired of the old fake polling and trying to defend their false narrative about Trump’s poll numbers.
I think he has never been below about 45% in approval. Use of such ridiculous numbers has a purpose - to drive his unpopularity further down. But since it was all a false narrative it no longer works.

I think I heard Van Jones say the speech was “psychotic” - I worked twenty-five years in a psychiatric hospital - the speech was definitely not psychotic - Van Jones I’m not so sure about......
