His original comment wasn’t what I would consider “homophobic”. The LBXYZ’s response to Diaz’s benign comment is hydrophobic, as in rabid.
Well, given the fact that these folks are triggered and offended by just about everything in our society and culture, I can see why they'd be upset.
Being upset and angry is how these people go through daily life.
Must be a miserable existence.
Remind me to not switch parties and decide to become gay.
Life's tough enough without being a miserable, discontented, offended gay city councilman in NYC. :-)
