What a crock!
I've been diagnosed with Urethral cancer. My doctor said, "One to three years, 20% do better." Sure sounded like a prediction to me.

Well, used to be that a person would take pride in what they did for themselves.
These days, they take pride in what they can steal from others.
What is going to happen is that there will be a one world government minus two or three countries. The result will be a very large world war unlike any war ever seen before. It will result in killing over a third of the worlds population. The famines that will follow as the result of that conflict will result in another quarter or so dying.
And the idiots think your eyes can predict PAIN level. Try Blood Pressure will tell it faster.
Same Idiots who think a person with 6 months to live will become Hooked on Oxycontin or Morphine?
It’s why they are doing med test as you lay dying.
Last check up President Trump had a clean bill of health, told to lose a few lbs and watch his Cholesterol better.
I’d bet a dime he’s done both. His Kevlar vest makes him look Heavier.
Man doesn’t smoke or drink so has lessened his potential of health issues, is the most active man to hold the Presidency, sleeps 4 hrs a night.
I think “doctor” klian is a political tool, a quack and a nitwit. He is a typical LIB/DIM loser who doesn’t know his a** from a hole in the ground. Hahahahaaaa.
I have to agree
“But Im told each HCQDB had three to five members.”
It was my understanding that there was no panel at all. The determining factors for the providing of care was based upon age, current illness (with regards to other illnesses), and level of cost for efforts to treat.

End-of-life care is a key issue when it comes to slowing the growth of health care costs. About a quarter of all spending by Medicare, more than $100 billion, takes place during a patient’s final year of life. President Obama has made reference multiple times to the fact that his grandmother received an expensive hip replacement while she was terminally ill with cancer, holding it up as an example of spending that sometimes takes place near the end of life. He’s wondered whether the country can afford those kinds of bills, even though he said he would have paid for grandmother’s hip out of pocket.
I just find it strange that when a citizen has paid into medicare and social security for their whole life, that the money they provided is not allowed for their use for care as they see it and is determined for use by a bunch of accountants that don’t have a horse in the race.
Uncle Sugar was aware of this possibility when they took the money from the people and have used it for their purposes along with the interest off it. And the funny thing is that the interest off of one billion dollars at 3% is $300M. Is it enough? No. But if it is going to be forcefully withheld, then giving it is a bad charity and a 100% profit for the government and the act could easily be referred to as a con rather than a tax.
