But “scientists” cam predict what the global temperature will be 20 years from now, why not a health projection from actual test results for a change.

I had the same insight not long back (took me awhile) that no matter what you do they will find a way to hate and criticize you for it. Having been and avid study of WWII and especially the proceeding years when the National Socialists gained power. There is a certain ring to their behavior but moreso the utter venom and lack of remorse that they attack those who are not 100% in lock step with them. I find the Liam Neeson a perfect example of that. If he had left out the fact that therapist was a black man and therefore he had sought to take his anger out on a person of colour then he would have been a hero of the #me too movement as a woman’s ally. But he failed to get everything 100% right even though he said that the man could have been any nationality and it wouldn’t have made a difference. Anything that feeds their narrative 100% will be praised anything else shunned. It make me wonder how long till there is some sort of revolution, some sort of major pushback other than political. Trump is a reprieve not the endgame.

Back in the 50’s doctors speculated on the health/survival of Pres. Eisenhower after his stroke. I remember it clearly since my uncle was a doctor and would talk about illness a lot.
The same for JFK and his back, or Jimmy Carter’s lack of a brain.

Doctors aren’t trying to make predictions when they say things like this. They are simply being positive and reassuring.

Well maybe the statement by the doctor throws a monkey wrench into devious plans. If the Doctor said President Trump is in great health and will be for sometime then I guess maybe a heart attack or something blamed on smoking, diet or a heart condition might seem suspicious.
