Was it ever really a secret? It appeared to me that he did whatever he wanted, knowing that he would never be held accountable because:
1. Most of the Republican Party was in agreement with what he was doing
2. He could always play the race card and they were scared sh*tless of that and the storm it would bring.
Regardless, he got away with whatever he wanted and the people have been cashing that check for a long time, now, and will continue to do so.
