The soap opera star is probably under protection for a rival cartel and maybe Sean Penn is too. He may have done a rival cartel a favor by getting El Chapo arrested, but believe me that the Chapo cartel wouldn’t mind asking Sean Penn who he contacted before the interview.

How long was the DEA “investigating” or “working with” El Chapo? Now that El Chapo is out of business, is drug crime and drug/human trafficking down in Mexico and U.S.?
One have to wonder as to whether these federal agencies are really just functioning as kingmakers and handlers for the drug crime bosses. Then, when they take town a notorious crime boss, others “magically” spring up on cue to fill the void and even expand the business. Funny how that happens.
