In the America I grew up in, a first term congressperson, at that age and lack of experience at the BOTTOM OF THE TOTEM POLE in terms of any political or social credit, would be IGNORED BY THE MEDIA. Non issue.

I just like to know who is mentoring her in the background. Someone with money and power is telling everyone else stay clear. Otherwise I think Pelosi would have put her in a corner by now.

She's focused on the "immigration" part of ICE, but what about the "customs" part of it?
Ask her, "You want to talk about ignoring illegal entry at the border? How about that Russian caviar, French perfume, Cuban cigars, or Jamaican rum that enter untaxed?
I bet that question would throw her for a loop. She won't know what to say, and will say something really stupid about it.

Decent observation. It could very easily be true. Perhaps not too, but her personality sure lends itself to that scenario.
