Was this a setup for Abrams to run on the 2020 ticket? I can think of no other explanation why the Dems would have this election failure giving the rebuttal. It would be like having der Hildebeast giving the rebuttal. What’s more, the Dems are doubling down on Identity Politics. Americans are sick to death of Identity Politics.

I found it interesting that the Dems chose a sore loser to highlight the party. Why would not pick someone who won their election?

After that speech last night, the 2020 campaign is over. Unless Mueller comes out with photos of Trump and Putin walking hand in hand in the park, there is no way he loses.
So, the next two years will consist of the Dems tossing their dead weight overboard and propping up RGB.
