“The OIG investigation substantiated that the SSA violated federal law or regulation in making false representations related to two mortgage loans and filing false annual financial disclosure forms by not reporting income received from the contractor. The OIG investigation also substantiated that the SSA violated federal law or regulations, and the FBI ethics policies, by working for a contractor that was currently under contract with the FBI, accepting gifts from an applicant for the FBI employment and assisting the applicant in the selection process, misusing the SSA’s government vehicle by allowing family members to ride in the vehicle, and exchanging sexually explicit text messages on the SSA’s government cell phone,” the OIG report read.

After all this? PROSECUTION OF THE SSA WAS DECLINED.

There used to be all these "the rank and file guys in the FBI are so mad at the Hillary investigation that they might quit unless ... " None did though. That was the first clue.

Now the truth is out. The FBI is stacked top to bottom with corrupt hacks that cannot be trusted. Some good, no doubt. But they sit silently and watch as this happens so they are equally culpable. The whole place is beyond redemption at this point in my opinion. Break it up, scatter the agents to a hundred smaller investigatory agencies and have real oversight. It's the only way left.

They he did all of that. But he won’t be named, and the report said that Prosecution was declined. So he walks away Scott free. Which tells you he is on the Democrat side of the corrupt political establishment. Meanwhile look what is happening to anyone who’s has ever worked for Trump.

He’s working way to hard to do anything like that. I’ve seen this movie enough times to know how it will end.

I agree that is should be scattered to the wind. We should actually move all of the agencies to different cities around our country. I’m sure Baltimore and Detroit would welcome the influx of opportunities.

The verdict is in. They love their pensions more than country.

Nothing in the IG report supports any of those claims.

You’re entitled to your opinion of course but if you actually talk to FBI agents or former agents who stay in touch, you would get a very different perspective.

How many current agents are protesting the injustice? Kaepernick has more stones. If you don’t stand up when there is abuse of law while you are paid by us to do that, you are part of the problem.

Since you appear to be one of those people, let them know that what it looks like from the outside is exactly what the other person described - Mueller & Co run lawlessly rampant, FBI/DOJ brass not being prosecuted, Clinton email investigation left unresolved including a lot of questions that remain about the Weiner laptop, meanwhile can’t come up with a motive for the Las Vegas massacre, doesn’t stop red flag mental cases when dozens of people call to tell them the person is a problem, and so on and so forth.

It looks absolutely terrible and there is no evidence on the table to rule out that the entire bureau is top to bottom lawless and corrupt. Mueller didn’t have any trouble finding a couple dozen of them to carry out a morning Gestapo raid against senior citizens. If there are good guys in the FBI, what the hell are they doing?

I see lots of "doing nothing" going one in the FBI.

“”The OIG investigation substantiated that the SSA violated federal law””

I’m going to assume that SSA doesn’t stand for Social Security Administration. No one would know if they didn’t click to read the whole thing.

Here again is another IG who issues a report but did nothing about the problem. They are a waste of taxpayer money in all agencies! That’s no different than law enforcement investigating a crime, writing a report but not making an arrest or prosecuting.

Hmmm - ironic but I think we already saw that happen a couple of years ago.

“That’s no different than law enforcement investigating a crime, writing a report but not making an arrest or prosecuting.” Let that be the lesson for Americans, some are above the law, especially when demon rats are in power, as in Mule ears and his hench fiends.
